Cavalier is one of a few elite restaurants in Israel that has kept that high standard of quality and service for the last 18 years, while at the same time always refreshing and renewing their menu. Just last year Cavalier was awarded the title of one of the three best restaurants in Israel, in a consumer survey held by Channel 10.
Cavalier was founded by Chef Didi Ben Arush. Over the years, many chefs have passed through the kitchen at Cavalier, and many of them are today chefs in their own restaurants.
